Lower Body
Decent session tonight for lower body:
deadlifts:
- 135 x 12 x 2 (warm-up)
- 225 x 8 x 1
- 245 x 3 x 1(could have been more)
- 275 x 2 x 1 (hard)
bulgarian split squats:
- 25s x 8 x 3
seated hamstring curls:
- 90 x 20 x 1 (warm-up)
- 110 x 12 x 2
calf tri-sets:
- bw x 10 x 3
Followed by stretching and 20 minutes of low-intensity incline cardio to recover. Not the most volume I’ve ever done but for the first time in a month I’ll keep it relatively light. It was still pretty hard, especially the split squats. We’ll see about tomorrow, I’ve got to work a long time tomorrow night, so perhaps I’ll save shoulders and arms for Friday night.
