Turn and face the strain
The Bowie lyric is actually very relevant right now.
The rest of the workout went pretty well, but I’m not sure how I’m going to continue doing the workouts with 30 seconds of rest. They are so hard and it’s hard to really go all out on the first group of exercises if I’m going to be too beat to finish. I guess I’ll figure it out. The 45-second and 1-minute rest periods are much easier. I did the B group plus 10 rounds of intervals, lasting about 10 minutes. Chicken and broccoli tonight, and now enjoying a delicious Guinness and doing mobility stuff. The tennis ball is a bitch.
